1. The first step is to make a suitable time to meet. Prior to this appointment your Ryan Home Loans consultant will arrange for you to obtain our Documents Checklist so you can have all supporting documentation available at the arranged appointment to ensure a speedy loan approval.
2. At the appointment we will explain how we assist you not only obtain the best facility to suit your needs, but how we will work with you over time to create significant wealth. We will then assist with the completion of the relevant paperwork and submit your loan for approval.
3. Following the loan approval the lender will send you a Letter of Offer and Mortgage Documentation for signing and return.
4. Within 10 days of settlement we will book a Post Settlement Interview with you to answer any questions you may have and to discuss “The Ryan Home Loans 5 Steps to Success” & “The 5 Cashflows”. This will ensure you have a clear path to run on towards Financial Abundance.
5. Set an approximate date for your annual review which we will confirm close to the time.
