1. The first step is to make a suitable time to meet. Prior to the appointment it will be handy if you have a look at our Documents Checklist so you can have all supporting documentation available at the arranged appointment to ensure a speedy loan approval.
2. At the appointment we will explain how we assist you not only obtain the best facility to suit your needs, but how we will work with you over time. We will then assist with the completion of the relevant paperwork and submit your loan for approval.
3. Following the loan approval the lender will send you a Letter of Offer and Mortgage Documentation for signing and return.
4. Within 10 days of settlement we will book a Post Settlement Interview with you to answer any questions you may have and to discuss your long term goals.
5. Then we will set a date for your annual review to check and see how you are progressing with your goals we help you set at the Post Settlement Interview.
